Product Delivery
You can return the products you purchased within 7 days from the delivery date.
How Do I Return?
Go to "My Orders" from the "My Account" section of uztrendbol.com and mobile applications.
Click the "Order detail" button and view the details of your order.
Press the easy return button.
Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return. If you have purchased more than one product of the same product, you must also select the number of products to be returned.
In case of more than one shipping option, select your cargo.
Take note of the return shipping code that appears on the screen.
You can also access your return shipping code from the My Orders page and from the notification message sent to your membership e-mail address.
Put the invoice together with the products to be returned in a single package. Deliver the package with the return shipping code to the cargo you choose within 7 days. In case you pass 7 days, you need to get the return shipping code again.
Return Policy
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following distance sales contracts:
ç) Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts for the delivery of those whose return is unsuitable in terms of health and hygiene.
ğ) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
The product you will return must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of usage error. If the products reach us in a used, worn or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you.
You must return the product/products you want to return with all accessories and original box and invoice.
Returns of disposable products and products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire are not accepted.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) if they are refundable.
White goods (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, ovens [gas, electricity, microwave], stovetops, extractor hoods, irons, fans, heaters, coolers), television, etc. The boxes of the products that require installation should only be opened by authorized service personnel after the product is delivered to you. If you open the box of the product before the authorized service personnel, the product may be out of warranty.
If any damage/defect/defect is detected on the product after the product has been opened by authorized service personnel, you must fill in a due diligence report/service form/service report, in which the problem is noted in detail, to the authorized service personnel. You can return the product by getting the return code on the .com website and delivering the product to the cargo officer.
